MVNO

Mobile Virtual Network Operator is a cellular provider that uses another company’s infrastructure for service, and obviously pays the owner of said infrastructure. While I don’t have all of the details in how this work, I will assume that the MVNO will pay the company for service accounts on pennies per the dollar in promise to have a minimum number of customers to make it worth the time and effort to provide for the service to the MVNO. The MVNO is also responsible for providing their own technical support center, but if there is a problem with the network operator, there is very little the MVNO can do about it. However, this is likely cheaper than building out their own network.
