QR code

Quick Response Code. This is a strange looking squares with very small lines, and dots. 3 of the 4 corners have other squares in the code. This code is designed to provide a 2 dimensional code that provides email addresses, telephone numbers, websites, and even full contact information. The more information, the more detailed the QR code looks, and that is with reason. To make use of the QR code, most mobile OS?es will use the camera app to scan the code. This could take you to a particular webpage with special offers, or even a restaurant menu.

Since we as people can’t read the QR code, it is always best to note the URL if the code takes you to a webpage. Be suspicious if you have to enter information, and never provide a credit card information on a website. This could lead to problems in the future.
