Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning is the process of essentially giving the space a set of lungs. Heating can be forced air heating which will send the air through the ducts to the rooms. A more efficient solution will be underfloor radiant heating though. Even with this option, you would still need the ducts for AC, and to allow the house to breathe. If I had a property, I will have underfloor radiant heating, and use the AC for the winter. I will have my ducts checked and cleaned every 6 months.
